This notice explains how Evans Luxury Scents handles your personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the message you send. When you order over WhatsApp, we see the details you share in that chat.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, confirm stock, and arrange your order and delivery. We don't use them for anything else.
Sharing
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your enquiry is delivered to us by our form provider (Web3Forms) purely to reach our inbox, and orders are handled over WhatsApp.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to help you, and remove them when they're no longer required.
Your choices
